Ren is extremely professional. I appreciated her communication. She confirmed appointments with me prior and day of so I never had to wonder what was happening. She advocated for me and my wishes to listing agents and did so proactively without me asking. She listened to what I wanted, but also offered ideas for consideration that I wouldn't have otherwise considered. She responded to me promptly and worked closely with her team to make sure there was never a gap in communication if schedules were not aligned. If and when I purchase again in the Atlanta area, I will absolutely use Ren. I have referred her to others and will continue to.
